We identify 4–6 factories from our vetted network best suited to your product type, volume, and quality requirements. Where needed, we source new factories specifically for your brief.

RFQ Issuance & Follow-Up

We issue detailed RFQs and actively manage the response process — chasing factories, clarifying technical questions, and ensuring all quotes are comparable and complete.

How many factories do you typically approach per RFQ?
We typically approach 4–6 factories per RFQ. This gives you meaningful choice without overwhelming the comparison. For complex or niche products, we may expand the shortlist. For products where one specialist factory stands out clearly, we’ll tell you — and explain why limiting to fewer options serves you better.
Can we use our own existing suppliers alongside yours?
Absolutely. If you have existing supplier relationships you’d like to include in the comparison, we’ll add them to the RFQ process and evaluate them against our network using the same criteria. This gives you an objective, side-by-side view of your existing vendors versus alternatives.
How long does the RFQ process take?
From brief to comparison report, the RFQ process typically takes 2–3 weeks for standard products. More complex or highly customised products may require 3–5 weeks to allow factories adequate time to quote accurately. We’ll provide a clear timeline at the outset.
What does your comparison report include?
Our comparison report covers: unit pricing at stated volumes, MOQ, sample cost and lead time, production lead time, payment terms, compliance certifications held, our quality assessment of the factory, and our recommendation with reasoning. We present it in a clear, decision-ready format.
Do you receive commissions from factories you recommend?
No. NUSA SOURCING works exclusively on behalf of our clients. We do not accept commissions, referral fees, or kickbacks from any factory or supplier. Our fee is paid by you, and our loyalty is entirely to your project outcomes. This is fundamental to how we operate.
